214 "Polish rat for me..."

Well, I think it actually says: Polish rat for YOU.
I got  a PC postcard from 9 yrs old Alan and his Mom from Poland. They apologize for not having a rat postcard, so they sent me a bautiful peacock and drw me this little polish rattie. :)
